I'm a UX designer who turns complex problems into intuitive user experiences, balancing creative thinking with usability and accessibility. I work across the full UX process, from discovery and research through to journey mapping, information architecture and interaction design. My focus is on understanding where people struggle, identifying opportunities and turning them into clear, effective solutions.

I work closely with teams and stakeholders to understand user needs, test ideas early and refine solutions. I also work with charities, helping them understand how people use their websites, where journeys break down and where focused improvements can make a meaningful difference.

I adapt to different organisations and ways of working, whether working directly with clients or as a senior contract designer within an agency team. My approach is practical and collaborative, combining strategy with hands-on design to move projects from problems and ideas to useful, workable outcomes.
