I lead the design of digital products and services across web, mobile and apps, working directly with clients and as a senior contract designer within agency teams. My focus is on bringing clarity to complex problems, balancing creative thinking with usability and accessibility.
My work spans the full UX process, from discovery and user research through to journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design and scalable design systems. I use these tools to identify where people struggle, uncover opportunities and shape clear, effective solutions.
Alongside a strong grounding in visual design, typography and communication, I’m highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. I translate research and strategy into thoughtful, practical interfaces that are easy to use and built to last.
I work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align around user needs, test ideas early and iterate with purpose. This includes supporting charities to better understand how people use their websites, where journeys break down and how small, focused improvements can make a meaningful difference.
